Ingredients

• 1 cup bisquick/or other baking mix
• 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
• 1/8 tsp. salt
• 2 eggs;beaten
• 2 cups shredded zucchini
• 2 TBs chopped onion (optional)
• 1 TBS butter
