Ingredients

• 100 gram Sugar
• 0,5 teaspoon Vanilin
• 1 pinch Salt
• 1 piece Chicken egg (large + 1 yolk)
• 6 tablespoons Vegetable oil
• 200 gram Flour wheat / Flour (how much will take)
• 1 teaspoon Baking powder
• 1 teaspoon Lemon zest
• 3 pieces Egg white (+1 a egg whites that is left of the yolk in the dough, 4 total egg whitesneed)
• 250 gram Sugar
• 200 gram Cherries (I took the cherries and previously removed the bones, washed and dried on a paper towel. If you do not want to mess with the bones, you can take other berries)
