Ingredients

• 1 lb ground hamburger or turkey
• 1 onion (through #2 cone)
• 2 large cans spaghetti sauce (650 ml)
• 6 mushrooms (#4 cone)
• 1 box lasagna noodles (or any noodle of choice)
• 4 cloves garlic (#1 cone) or garlic powder
• Mozzarella cheese (#1 cone)/(or mix with cheddar)
• Italian seasoning
• 500 ml Cottage Cheese
• 1 pepper (hand sliced into strips)
• 1 bunch spinach leaves (or canned with water removed or 1 box of frozen)
