Ingredients

- 1 tablespoon dried oregano (Fresh would be even better!)
- 3 Garlic Cloves, pressed or minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 to 2 1/2 teaspoons salt
- A few grinds of freshly ground black pepper
- 8 to 12 chicken drumsticks
