• 11 oz. warm water
• 1 heaping tsp. salt
• 1 package yeast
• 3 cups flour
• shot glass of olive oil
• MARINARA
• 1 28-oz can whole tomatoes, crushed by hand
• 4-5 cloves garlic, coarsely chopped
• 1 T olive oil
• fresh cracked black pepper and salt to taste
• titch of sugar, if too acidic
• 1 log of fresh MOZZARELLA, shredded
• freshly grated Pecorino Romano
