Ingredients
- 1 Cup Butter (ROOM TEMP)
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 1 Cup Brown Sugar
- 4 Egg Yolks
- 2 Tablespoons water
- 4 Cups Flour
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
- 2 Teaspoons Baking Soda
- 2 Teaspoons Vanilla
- 2 bags (12 oz) Chocolate chips
- 4 egg whites
- 2 C. Brown sugar
