Ingredients
- 1 cup beer
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 2 tablespoons packed light brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 pound flank steak, cut in 1-inch cubes
- 8–10 small wooden skewers, soaked in water for at least 3 hours
- 1 red bell pepper, cut in 1-inch pieces
- 1 green bell pepper, cut in 1-inch pieces
- 1/2 zucchini, sliced 1/2 inch thick
- 1 onion, cut into 1-inch pieces
