• ½ cup sesame seeds
• 2 tablespoons agave syrup
• Kosher salt (a pinch will do)
• 1 cup granulated sugar, divided
• 1 ½ cups heavy cream
• 1 ½ cups whole milk
• 2 teaspoons crushed Ceylon cinnamon sticks
• 1 vanilla bean, split (or a teaspoon of vanilla extract if that’s what you have)
