Ingredients

• 1 ⁄ 4 cup vodka
• 1 ⁄ 4 cup ice water
• 8 Slices bacon , fried until crispy
• 1 large onion , diced
• 2 tablespoons butter
• 8 large eggs
• 1 1 ⁄ 2 cups half and half
• 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese , grated
• salt and pepper , to taste
