• – 3/4 cup granulated sugar
• – 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
• – 1 large egg
• – 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
• – 1 teaspoon baking soda

• – 3/4 cup dried cherries
• – 3/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips
• – 1/2 cup sliced almonds, toasted, cooled and crushed
