Ingredients

• 5 10" flour tortillas
• 1 8-oz package cream cheese (softened)
• 1 cup cooked white rice not cold
• 1 1/2 pounds Shrimp cooked chopped
• 1/2 cup Sake
• 2 Avacodo's sliced
• 1 Red Bellpepper chopped finely
• 1/2 c. Green Onions chopped
• Garlic powder to taste
• salt and pepper
• wasabi and pickled ginger garnish
