Ingredients

• 1 1/4 ounce tequila, such as tequila don julio blanco
• 1/4 ounce elderflower liqueur
• 1 teaspoon fino sherry
• 1/4 ounce lime juice
• 1/4 ounce fresh pressed celery juice
• 1 teaspoon raw honey syrup
• pinch of salt
• 1 dash celery and orange bitters
• lime wheel and celery leaf, for garnish
