• 1 Dried Whole Chipotle Chilli, finely chopped
• 1 Scotch Bonnet Chilli, finely chopped
• 1 Dried Habanero Chilli, finely chopped
• 1 Red Chilli, finely chopped
• 2 Cloves Garlic, crushed and finely chopped
• 2 tsp Cracked Black Pepper
• 1 tsp Dried Oregano
• 1 tsp Hot Paprika
• 1/4 cup Red Wine Vinegar
• 1/4 cup Olive Oil
• 2 Tbsp + 1/4 cup Hot Pepper Sauce
• 1 Lime
• 2 Tbsp Salted Butter
• 8 Chicken Wings
