Greek Christmas Macaroons – Olea Estates

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 cup Olea EVOO
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1 tablespoon Olea thyme honey
• 1/2 cup mixed orange/lemon juice
• 1 teaspoon orange zest
• 1 table spoon cinnamon/clove mix
• 2 teaspoons baking soda
• 1 cup brandy
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 1 cup crushed walnuts (close to a fine powder)
• 2 lbs flour
• 2 lbs Olea thyme honey
• 1 cup water
