Easy Funfetti Sugar Cookies
I have been baking lots of cookies lately...all kinds of cookies! Typically, it's with chocolate, but it's so fun to bake something that pops with color!

Ingredients
- 12 tbsp unsalted butter, room temperature
- 3/4 cup plus 1 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar, packed
- 1 large egg, room temperature
- 1 tsp vanilla (use clear vanilla extract if you have it)
- 2 & 1/4 cups all purpose flour, spooned and leveled
- 3/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp cream of tartar
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 3/4 cup rainbow sprinkles (see Chef’s Notes below)
