• 3 apples, thinly sliced, then chopped
• 1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
• 1 tablespoon cinnamon
• 8 eggs
• 2 cups Meadow Gold Milk
• 1 cup Meadow Gold Sour Cream
• 1/4 cup granulated sugar
