- 2 tablespoon Melted Butter or Margarine
- 1Tblsp Ginger garlic
- 1 tablespoon Kashmiri Masala
- ½ tumeric
- 1 teaspoon Crushed Chilli flakes
- ½ teaspoon Black Or White Pepper powder 1Tblsp Vinegar
- Add 3 tablespoon Apricot Jam
- 1Tblsp Honey (optional can use either or just Apricot Jam)
- Add 3Tblsp Tomato Sauce
- 2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce and 2 tablespoon Sweet Chilli sauce
- Little mixed herbs
