- 300g mushrooms sliced
- 2 small brown onions cut lengthways and thinly sliced
- 1 heaped tablespoon of crushed garlic
- 150g cream
- 2 storks of shallots finely chopped
- 1 heaped tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Parmesan cheese (dry or fresh) I prefer dried with this dish
