- Spiced Apple Cider Sorbetto w/Water
- 1 PreGel Spiced Apple Cider Sprint - 305512
- 2500 g water
- 10 g PreGel SETAGEL®Vellutina® - Sorbitol Paste - 70472
- Spiced Apple Super Sprint w/Apple Juice
- 1250 g water
- 1250 g apple juice
- Combine all ingredients.
- Mix well with an immersion blender for 2-3 minutes.
- Place in Cold Process machine and follow the machine instructions.
- Process Cold Process
