cumin and lime cucumber salad | table&spoon

Ingredients

• 2 large English cucumbers (less seeds, or 6 Persian cucumbers, peeled and diced
• 1 teaspoon cumin
• 1 green Thai chili, seeded and minced- 1/2 if you do not like heat!
• 6 medium fresh mint leaves, cut in thin strips
• salt and pepper to tast, about 1/2 teaspoon
• juice of limes, start with one and add as you go along
