• 1/2 tsp of Baking Powder
• 1/2 tsp of Baking Soda
• 1/2 tsp Salt
• 1/2 cup of Cocoa Powder
• 1 Cup of Granulated Sugar
• 1/2 cup of Unsalted Butter, softened at room temperature
• 2 Eggs
• 1/2 cup of Water
• 1-1/2 tsp of Instant Coffee Powder
• 1/2 tsp of Vanilla Extract
• 12 Ferrero Rocher that have been frozen
• 1-1/2 cups of Heavy Cream that has been whipped to stiff peaks and sweetened with about 1/4 cup of powdered sugar and 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
• 12 Additional Ferrero Rocher
• Nutella
