I absolutely love trifles. They look so regal but they are incredibly easy to put together. I like to make the cake from scratch, but you can easily use a cake mix
Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 1 and 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1 cup oil, such as Gefen Canola Oil
- 1 tablespoon Tuscanini Lemon Juice
- 3 cups Glicks Flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 (16-ounce) container whip, such as Kineret, whipped until stiff
- 1 bag frozen strawberries, defrosted and lightly mashed
