• 4 oz of cheddar and/or mozzarella cheese cut into small cubes
• 3 Tbsp of olive oil
• 3 garlic cloves, smashed
• 1 Tbsp of oregano chopped or 1 tsp dried
• Pinch of red pepper flakes
• 1 28 oz can of whole tomatoes
• 1 tsp of garlic powder
• 1 tsp of onion powder
• 1 Tbsp of sugar
• 1 tsp of salt or more to taste
• 1 Large onion, sliced
