- 12 Cherry Tomatoes halved
- 2 Chicken Fillets butterflied
- 1 Lemon juice and zest
- 4 tbsp Light Mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Lime juice
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 Red Onion finely chopped
- 1 pinch Salt
