• 2 heirloom tomatoes, ripe, use three if small

• 1 bunch kale, dinosaur preferably, chopped small
• 1 head boston bibb lettuce, chopped
• 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
• 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
• 1 T whole grain mustard
• 1 small shallot, minced fine
• 1/4 tspn garlic powder
• 1 lemon, juice and zest
• 1 tbsp fresh chopped mint
• 1 tbsp fresh chopped basil
• 1 tspn salt
• 1/2 tspn fresh ground black pepper
• 2 tbsp toasted sunflower seeds, optional
