Foodnify - Assorted Efo Riro Soup

Ingredients

• 1 kg Assorted meat (beef, cow tripe)
• Kpomo (cow hide) as desired
• Pieces of dried fish as desired
• 1 medium stock fish
• 400 gram Efo Tete or efo shoko (spinach)
• 7 pieces Red bell peppers (tatashe or shombo)
• 1 Red onions
• 2 tbs grounded crayfish
• 1 tbs Locust beans (iru)
• 2 cooking spoons Palm oil
• 2 seasoning cubes
• 4 pieces Scotch bonnet peppers
• Salt to taste
