Juicy Masala Steak Pies recipe by Mrs Ally

Ingredients

• 2 kg steak, cubed small (Topside, tenderised)
• 2 tablespoons peri peri marinade/red ginger garlic masala
• 3 teaspoons salt
• 3 tablespoons white vinegar
• 3 heaped teaspoons chilli powder
• 1 teaspoon crushed red chillies
• 1 teaspoon ground dhana jeera
• 1 teaspoon gharam masala
• 1 teaspoon arad (Turmeric)
• 2 large onions, sliced fine
• 2 big bay leaves
• A pinch of bicarbonate of soda
• 2 medium tomatoes, liquidised
• 3 tablespoons tomato sauce
• 2 tablespoons boiled sago
• 1-2 small potatoes, cubed small and fried
