Sweet potato gratin | olivemagazine
This is a great Sunday lunch side dish. The orange-fleshed sweet potatoes look the nicest so just scratch the skin a little when buying to be sure of the colour.
Ingredients
- 284ml carton double cream
- a good grating whole nutmeg
- a pinch chilli flakes
- 1 clove garlic crushed
- 2 sprigs rosemary needles stripped off and chopped
- 1kg sweet potatoes peeled and sliced
