• 1/2 cup LouAna® 100% Pure Coconut Oil, melted
• 1 3/4 cups flour, sifted
• 2 cups sugar
• 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 cup buttermilk (almond milk can also be used)
• 2 large eggs
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 cup freshly brewed hot coffee
• 1 1/2 cups fresh berries, for garnish
• 1/3 cup chopped nuts, for garnish
