Campground Burgers - Sutter Home Family Vineyards

Ingredients

• 1/2 lb ground sirloin
• 1/2 lb ground chuck
• 1/4 lg ground pork
• 1 small envelope dry ranch dressing mix
• salt & pepper to taste
• 1 small purple onion sliced and sauteed
• garlic powder to taste
• slice of swiss or mozarella cheese
• burger Butter hamburger bun of choice – lightly toasted. (Fresh buns from bakery shop always better.)
• Homegrown creole tomatoes that have been peeled and sliced.
