A friend passed this recipe on to me...but I am reposting with the modifications that I have made. Super great...and not too bad for you!!

- 1/2 cup greek nonfat vanilla yogurt
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/4 teaspoon oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
