I have been seeing all over social media but i didn’t have apples not flour- only pears and buckwheat flour!

Ingredients
- 4 pears, sliced and centers removed for the batter
- 1 cup flour (i used buckwheat)
- 1/4 cup corn starch
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 cup milk
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (optional- add more milk if you do)
- coconut oil to fry
