Ingredients

• 1/2 cup (1 stick or 4 ounces) butter, softened
• 2/3 cup light brown sugar, packed
• 1 egg
• 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
• 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
• 1/2 tsp baking soda
• 1/2 tsp Pinch 'n Rub Ceylon cinnamon
• 1/2 tsp Pinch 'n Rub Himalayan pink salt
• 1 1/2 cups rolled oats
• 1 – 2.5oz pkg of Pinch 'n Rub Tart Cherries chopped
• 1/2 cup each of white chocolate chips, milk chocolate chips and semi sweet chocolate chips
• 2 Tbsp Pinch 'n Rub Chocovic Cocoa Nibs
