• 1 (12 oz) can Urban Meadow pineapple, diced
• ¼ cup red bell pepper, finely chopped
• 2 tbsp red onion, finely chopped
• 1 small jalapeño, seeded and minced
• 2 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
• 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
• ¼ tsp Urban Meadow salt (to taste)
