Ingredients

• 1 Cucumber - peeled and sliced (seedless)
• 7 radishes, sliced
• 1 onion, halved and sliced (red or yellow)
• 2 cups grapes, mixed
• 1 small can pineapple chunks, drained
• 1 apple, green, cored and sliced
• 2 TBSP. lemon juice or the juice of one lemon
• salt - 1 tsp or to taste
• chopped fresh cilantro to taste (1/4 cup or more)
