• 2 eggs
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 1/4 tsp white pepper
• 1 tsp salt
• 1/8 c carrots grated
• 1/4 tsp minced ginger
• 1 tsp green onions diced
• 2 tsp cornstarch
• 1 c all purpose flour
• 1 tsp pepper
• 1 tsp thyme
• 1 c Italian breadcrumbs
• oil for frying
