Ingredients: 1/2 cup butter, room temperature; 2 2/3 cups confectioners sugar, sifted (must be sifted); 1/3 cup whole milk (or half and half cream or 18% table cream which is what I use); 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla; 1/8 teaspoon salt (or a pinch); *CHOOSE ONE OF THE FOLLOWING*; For light -- 1/3 cup unsweetened baking cocoa, sifted; For medium -- 1/2 cup unsweetened baking cocoa, sifted; For dark -- 3/4 cup unsweetened baking cocoa, sifted

This is much better than any canned, choose the amount of cocoa for a light, medium or dark chocolate flavor
