Ingredients

• 2 cups sugar
• 1 ¾ cup all purpose flour
• ¾ cup cocoa
• 1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
• 1 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 2 eggs
• 1 cup milk
• ½ cup oil
• 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 cup boiling water
• 1 cup butter
• 4 or more tablespoons cocoa powder depending on how much chocolaty you want
• ¾ or more cup sugar depending on sweetness
• 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
• 2 tablespoon cold milk
• 3 tablespoon dessert
