Ingredients

• 1 cup of butter, softened
• 1 cup of oil
• 1 cup of sugar
• 1 cup of confectioners’ sugar
• 2 eggs
• 2 tablespoon of grated orange peel
• 1 tablespoon of vanilla
• 5-1/2 cups of flour
• 1/2 cup of finely ground nuts
• 1-1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
• 1 teaspoon of salt
• 1 teaspoon of cream of tartar
• 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
• Additional granulated sugar for coating
