Caramel Apple Cheesecake Bars - Martinelli's

Ingredients

• Crust:
• 2 C all-purpose flour
• 1/2 C firmly packed light brown sugar 3/4 tsp ground cinnamon
• 1 C unsalted butter, softened
• Filling:
• Three 8oz blocks of cream cheese, softened 3/4 C granulated sugar
• 3 large eggs
• 1 T Martinelli's Apple Juice
• Apples:
• 3 granny smith apples, peeled, cored and diced 2 T packed light brown sugar
• 1 tsp Martinelli's Apple Juice
• 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
• 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
• 1/4 tsp ground cloves
• Streusel Topping:
• 1 C firmly packed brown sugar 1/4 C granulated sugar
• 2/3 C all-purpose flour
• 1/2 C old-fashioned oats
• 1/2 C unsalted butter, softened 1/2 tsp cinnamon
• Caramel, for serving
• 1 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
• Pinch of kosher salt
