• Oil
• 4 cloves garlic (Crushed)
• 1 tsp paprika
• 1 tsp dried oregano
• ½ tsp chilli flakes
• 200 g sun dried tomatoes (chopped )
• 150 ml stock (or bone broth)
• 600 g butter beans
• 6 tbsp greek yogurt
• 100 g grated parmesan
• Salt
• Pepper
• 1 loaf crusty bread (to serve)
