  • 1/2 medium tomato, seeded and diced (about 1/2 cup)

  • 1/2 jalapeño, ribs and seeds removed, finely diced (about 1 tablespoon)

  • 1/4 medium onion, diced (about 1/4 cup)
  • 1 clove garlic, minced (about 1 teaspoon)
