Ingredients
- 3 cups (750 ml) cake flour
- ¼ cup (60 ml) bran
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) baking powder
- 2 cups (500 ml) buttermilk
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) water
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) dried mixed herbs or chopped fresh parsley
- ½ tsp (2,5 ml) salt
- ½ cup (125 ml) grated cheddar cheese
