• 1 Bowl of Baby Spinach
• 2 Sliced Strawberries
• 1/2 C Blueberries
• 8 Thinly Sliced Red Onion Pieces
• 1/2 of a Cucumber, sliced
• 1/2 C Maple Syrup
• 1/2 C Olive Oil
• 1/4 C Apple Cider Vinegar
• 2 Tbsp Sesame Seeds
• 1 Tbsp Poppy Seeds
• 1/4 tsp Worcestershire
• 1/4 tsp Paprika
