Halloween Hamburgers

Ingredients

• 600 g beef mince
• Pinch of salt
• Pinch of freshly ground black pepper
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
• 2 tsp tomato sauce
• 1 tsp Dijon mustard
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 8 slices of cheese of your choice
• 4 hamburger buns
• Lettuce leaves
• 1 tomato, thinly sliced
• ½ red onion, thinly sliced
• Cucumber pickles, for eyes
• Green stuffed olives, sliced for eyes
• Your choice of chutney/relish/mayonnaise/tomato sauce, to serve
