• 1 endive head, sliced and first lengthwise, then crosswise in ½ inch slices
• 3 cups mixed greens (baby spinach, arugula and chard)
• 1 navel oranges
• 2 cara oranges
• 1 grapefruit
• 1 cup crumbled goat cheese
• 1 cup candied walnuts
• ½ cup olive oil
• Juice of 1 orange
• 1 tbsp lime juice
• 2 tbsp honey
• 2 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
