Ingredients

• 1-2 tbsp olive oil
• 1 large garlic clove (, grated)
• about 1 1/2 lbs / 680 g sweet potatoes
• 1/2 tsp sweet paprika
• 1/2 tsp cumin
• 1/4 tsp freshly cracked black pepper
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1/8 tsp cinnamon
• 1/8 tsp ground ginger
• a few pinches cayenne
