Chicken White Soup recipe by Naseema Zulfi Khan

Ingredients

• ADJUST SALT IF NECESSARY AS SOUP POWDERS HAVE SALT
• 1 cup chicken fillet cubed
• ½ grated Onion
• Green masala
• ½ teaspoon Garlic
• ½ teaspoon Ginger
• 1 teaspoon White Pepper
• Little whole jeera
• 1 teaspoon Green chilli
• Add +- 1 can Cream style Corn or Whole Kernel or Frozen Corn
• little grated Carrots and handfull of Mushrooms (optional)
• 1 packet White onion
• 1 packet Mushroom and
• 1 Packet chicken Soup (optional) mix
• +- 5 Cups Milk and add to soup
• and the add 1 cup fresh cream,
• ADJUST THE TASTE
