• Unripe mango, julienned 2
• Cucumber, cored and juliened 1/2
• Shallots, thinly sliced 6
• Lemongrass, thinly sliced 2
• Kaffir lime leaves, thinly sliced 2
• Coriander leaves, roughly chopped 2 stalks
• Mint leaves, roughly chopped 2 stalks
• Green bird's eye chillies, thinly sliced 3-5
• Toasted cashew nutes 2 tbsp
• Lime juice 1 tbsp
• Fish sauce 1 tbsp
• Alce Nero organic honey 2 tbsp
• Salt and pepper
