• 2 apples (Granny Smith or Honeycrisp, peeled and diced)
• 2 Tbsp butter
• 2 Tbsp brown sugar
• 1 tsp lemon juice
• ½ cup all-purpose flour
• ¼ cup brown sugar
• ¼ tsp cinnamon
• ¼ cup butter (cold and cubed)
• ¼ cup oats (optional, for extra texture)
